Shipping Methods

US Orders

We ship our products via UPS / USPS from our Atlanta warehouse or via UPS / EMS(USPS) / Israel Signature Post from our warehouse in Israel. The shipping options are provided and calculated automatically during checkout so that you can choose your preferred shipping method and delivery time frame.
UPS orders usually arrive within 2-5 business days, Priority orders (EMS/USPS) usually arrive within 3-7 business days and the Regular Shipping orders usually arrive within 14 business days*

International Orders

We offer UPS / EMS / USPS / Israel Signature Post to most international destinations (depending where the item is being sent from). UPS service generally takes 2-5 days, Priority Mail takes 3-7 business days and Regular Shipping orders usually arrive within 14 business days*. However, during busy periods, it may take a few more days.

Coolil.com reserve the rights to upgrade the shipping method (to UPS/EMS) at it's discretion.
Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages at different times within the guaranteed times.

*items shipped by Regular Post or USPS Priority International are tracked until they leave Israel or the US – and in some cases on arrival in the destination country. When the item reaches its destination country it is handed over to the local postal service for delivery through their regular registered service. A signature of the recipient will be required at the point of delivery, which means that the item is not left unattended at any time or posted through a regular letter box. If no-one is available to sign for the package, then it will be retained by the local postal administration for a subsequent delivery attempt or for collection by the addressee.

Back-orders and special orders

If your item is not available in stock in our US warehouse we will attempt to ship it directly from Israel at no additional charge. In such a case you will be contacted by a Coolil.com customer service representative with an update.

Customs

When ordering goods from Coolil.com for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
